Daegan Smith-The King of Never Calling a Lead?
Before I get into my Daegan Smith review let’s discuss the idea of never calling a single lead. I bought into this idea when I first started seeing Daegan Smith’s advertising around the internet. I test drove a system that Daegan made about 4 years ago called the Power Prospecting System. He came up with idea by reading the Magnetic Sponsoring Book by Mike Dillard. (if you have not read this book you need to check it out!)
Back to never calling a single lead. I myself, think this idea is preposterous. The whole point of network marketing is to connect with people, find a common ground, and see if you want to work together. If you never call a lead then it is really hard to connect and gain repour. The truth is that if you want to hide behind your computer and never call the leads that you are generating then you are not going to be successful in MLM. You need to reach out and connect to build an MLM business.
Back to Daegan Smith
A few years back before Daegan Smith was doing his Maximum Leverage lead generation system he had a system called “The Power Prospecting System”. This system was a lead capture page that was not customizable and a video that he created followed by a sales letter and follow up auto-responders.
The main drawback at the time was that you could not customize the lead capture page, the auto-responders, or the video. Daegan Smith was not branding himself like Jonathan Budd does in his system but you couldn’t really brand your self either. I stuck with the system for a few months and even signed a few people up but my marketing knowledge at the time was somewhat below par and I struggled to get traffic to my website.
Should you Join Daegan Smith and his Maximum Leverage System
I have not personally tried Daegan Smith’s Maximum Leverage System but as a former student of the Power Prospecting System I would say that you have nothing to lose. Personally I use My Lead System Pro to generate leads and I am very happy with them. Besides the awesome capture pages and built in funded proposals through out the system, the marketing knowledge that is in the back office is worth about $20,000! No joke! Daegan Smith is a stand up guy and although I don’t really like the slogan “The King of Never Calling a Single Lead” I think that he is an outstanding marketer.
